The Advantage Business Park consists of:

• Phase 1 – 20,000 Square Foot, Class A Office, built in 2004
• Phase 2 – 20,000 Square Foot, Class A Office, built in 2006
• Phase 3 – 20,000 Square Foot, Class A Office, completion date 2010
• 3 acres – pad ready dirt

The Advantage Business Park utilizes steel frame construction on a concrete slab while exterior is a combination of stucco, tile & high grade aluminum. The roof is torch down with metal over the lobby area. The building is designed to accommodate both the small and large user. Common ADA restrooms are included on each floor, however, plumbing is stubbed for every 1000 SF should tenants want private restrooms. Each building has an elevator – single, hydraulic, 2000 pound capacity Otis elevator. All new construction is sprinkled per IBC code. The system is fully monitored for fire.

Synergy Construction is the contractor of The Advantage Business Park.

Synergy Construction was founded in 1990 by its current management staff, Pamela Stewart, President; and Larry Stewart, Executive Vice President. They both have over 20 years of experience in working together as a team in the construction industry. The basic principle on which Synergy was formed Quality with Integrity remains our daily focus. We believe that this is a key reason for our high rate of repeat business.

Synergy Construction commercial general contracting was founded on the principal of "Quality with Integrity." They provide a diverse level of services and expertise in many types of construction, a unique feature in the general contracting field. Synergy carries you through the entire construction process and will be involved from the cost estimation and permitting, value engineering, and through project completion.

Over the past several years, we have completed projects that cover many diverse scopes of construction. These include new commercial buildings, renovations (residential and commercial, including historical structures), new apartments and multi-family housing projects, churches, schools, medical facilities, and many tenant improvements. Many of our projects are State, County and/or City funded and we have extensive experience with the necessary paperwork required on these types of projects.
